CES represent an alternative for improving corporate sustainability performance while simultaneously leveraging opportunities to create added value.Based on previous studies, CES applicable to Peruvian mining were identified and modeled under three levels of implementation intensity (low, medium, and high). The analysis employed the Leontief input-output matrix methodology and the 2023 Supply and Use Table published by the National Institute of Statistics and Informatics (INEI).According to the constructed scenarios, the implementation of CES could lead to an increase in exports ranging from 3.2% to 6.4% (depending on the level of intensity), an increase in GDP between 0.4% and 0.8%, and the creation of between 18,500 and 36,500 jobs.
